Friday afternoon the Gamecocks went to East Carolina to see if they could continue on their winning streak. The Gamecocks won 6-2. Blake Cooper pitched seven innings, allowing only 4 hits. He is now 2-0 this season. The Gamecocks are now 4-0 for the season. Saturday at 2 p.m. the Gamecocks played East Carolina for game 2 of the 3 game series. Carolina lost 4-3. The Gamecocks were up by one going into the 9th inning.
Sunday afternoon the Gamecocks face East Carolina for game 3 of the 3 game series. The Gamecocks again lost 4-2.

3/5 (Fri) at Clemson 6:30 p.m.
3/6 (Sat) Clemson at Fluor Field 2 p.m.
3/7 (Sun) Clemson at home 2 p.m.
